- Preheat oven to180 C. Place a bowl on top of a pot with simmering water and be sure the bottom is not touching the water. Whip (about 5 min) butter, sugar, eggs, honey and cream. In a bowl, mix flour with baking soda and add the warm cream. Prepare a doughand divided it into five pieces (about 19 ounces each). Cover and let rest for about five minutes. No need to put into the fridge because the dough will harden and you will have difficulty to roll it.
- On baking paper , roll dough into a pancake about 2-3 mm thick and cut round with a diameter of 53 x 22 cm. You can use the leftoverdough, bake, and then crushed it. Bake about 4 min. Let them cool down.
- Prepare the cream:
Mix together walnut, butter, and caramelized condensed milk (tin cook one day in advance either two hours immersed in water or in a pressure cooker 1Hour and there is caramelized milk. Just 30 minutes in a pressure cooker. DON'T OPEN HOT !! let it cool down).
